Training and Mentoring
ADC Austin offers an extensive course curriculum of technical training with 2E, Plex , Application Development Lifecycle Management tools, and various other tools. Many of these classes can be delivered in-house at our office, at your location, or via web-conferencing. Mostly hands-on and highly collaborative, our classes are taught by seasoned instructors, many of whom have twenty or more years of experience working with these tools. Thanks to their experience working in various industries and environments, our instructors are able to give real world examples and emphasize portions of classes that are most important to the clients participating.
STANDARDIZED COURSE CURRICULUM
At ADC Austin, we schedule many of our courses on a quarterly basis to be conducted as either classroom training here in our office, or as Distance Learning. We can also schedule training at your location, or work with you to schedule a class around your busy schedule.
DISTANCE LEARNING
One training option that we have seen grow in popularity is Distance Learning. The benefits of Distance Learning, or web-based training are many.
With Distance Learning, companies can:
- save money and time normally spent on traveling to a class
- reduce loss of productivity by reducing the time that employees spend away from the office
- take their pick of software tools they want to learn about
- give their employees the ability to interact and ask questions of a seasoned, knowledgeable professional while remaining in the familiar environment of their own office
- schedule training sessions in 4 hour increments, allowing their employees more time to review and process the material covered in their class sessions
- schedule sessions at times that are convenient for them
- get started learning within minutes
- schedule high level mentoring sessions tailored to meet their specific business needs
Distance Learning utilizes web-based conferencing to give businesses a convenient means of receiving professional hands-on training with any of our standard course offerings or mentoring workshops. Web-conferencing allows instructor and students alike the ability to see and interact with each others’ desktop sessions, while also participating in a real time discussion.
ADC Austin course instructors have worked in numerous industries and environments, and have years of on the job experience working with the tools highlighted in both our classes and mentoring sessions. With all of this knowledge and experience under their belts, they are able to site real world examples that speak directly to the specific needs of the clients involved in each particular class.
